'Supporting the people behind the work'

EWP Consultants was founded with the vision to create a healthier workplace by delivering personalised, professional coaching addressing employee mental health and wellbeing.  Our mission is to equip staff with the tools and support they need to thrive, fostering positivity at work and ensuring staff can perform at their very best.

What we do

We support organisations by helping their people thrive.

We provide confidential one-to-one sessions and carry out small group workshops with employees, creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can talk openly about the challenges they are facing.  Our sessions focus on improving mental health, wellbeing as well as personal performance while building the resilience needed to navigate workplace and life pressures.

How

Our approach is practical, empathetic and solution focused; we help employees gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and strengthen their confidence so they can perform at their best both professionally and personally.

Our Approach

Our approach focuses on prevention as well as support. We work alongside business owners, Directors and HR Teams to build cultures that prioritise wellbeing and resilience.  Our sessions with your teams are designed to meet the real challenges faced by modern workplaces.

Your Business

At E.W.P, we understand that every organisation is different.  That is why we take the time to understand your people, culture and your goals and to ensure we are aligned with your organisations values.
